An example of clean teeth

Ultrasonic teeth cleaning for dogs

We are now able to offer a brand new service, emmi®-pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning for dogs.

The emmi®-pet 100% ultrasound toothbrush does not function like conventional or electric toothbrushes which use mechanical friction – it uses patented ultrasound technology to clean teeth.

Intensive cleaning

A series of 4 to 5 treatments

Some dogs require an intensive program of brushing to remove accumulated tartar – a series of 4 to 5 treatments at £70. This teeth cleaning regime should be carried out over a short period of time. We aim to spend about 30 minutes brushing at each session and this usually delivers good results and fresher breath. Further treatments are available if required.

Regular cleaning

Available as part of your groom

Most dogs are good at chewing which helps reduce the amount of tartar. Generally, dogs can be brushed regularly during their grooming visits to keep up with the oral hygiene. Brushing during a grooming visit takes around 15-20 mins. Charged at £10 Extra with normal grooming charges.

Please Note – If your dog’s teeth are significantly scaled, we would recommend that you seek veterinary attention initially for a dental descale, then continue with a regular program of ultrasound teeth cleaning to maintain your dog’s dental health.
