A traditional way of grooming the coat for wire coated breeds to reveal a neat, smooth texture and vibrant colour by removing excess topcoat.

Telephoned - no answer so left my number for a call back which never came. Called again and discussed … More requirements and was told I could bring my dog in the following day at 4pm. Called again to discuss other treatments which they said they could not do at 4pm so I stuck with the original plan. Cut short my 3pm commitment to ensure we got there on time. No answer, shop was locked. Telephoned again to be told they had no record of my calls and had finished early.
I have now had a response saying I called on Wednesday which I did not and my call log clearly shows I called on Thursday and I certainly was not asked to call when on my way! Absolute lies....a simple apology would have been better than the fabrication of untruths! -

The fairy tails grooming are brilliant my dog has a bath & brush and nail trim if needed monthly … More and she can't wait to go as soon as we hand over she's goes with them without a backward glance. She comes home smelling fresh and with neatly trimmed nails. She loves the fairy tails.
