The main event

A full groom, tailored to your breed

Because all dogs are different, we've tailored our grooming to the needs of each individual breed. A full groom includes a wash, dry, cut, brush — and nails clipped if your dog allows it.

Add any of these to a groom when you book. Pick ups and drop offs cover full grooms, hand stripping and bath and brush appointments — for everything else, please bring your dog to us.

Teeth cleaning

Vibration free, sound free ultrasonic teeth cleaning – emmi®-pet oral hygiene. If booked with groom.

Additional charges

We'd rather you saw these up front than found them on the bill. They cover the extra time and care some dogs need.

Matting

£10 · £20 · £30

We apply our dematting policy for matted coats — Level 1 £10 extra, Level 2 £20 extra, Level 3 £30 extra. Please see our terms and conditions.

Sensitive dog

£15

We may groom a sensitive dog at our discretion but if it is too much for the dog, we may not be able to groom.

Additional time

£15

For dogs requiring more time for their groom, if suitable and at our discretion.

Flea de-flea charge

£10

If your dog has fleas, or if we find any fleas on your dog, we charge £10 extra to cover the cost to de-flea the salon.

Tick removal

£5

If ticks are found, an additional £5 is added for their removal.

Pick up & drop off

£2 per journey

We collect your dog across Hastings and St Leonards, bring them to the salon and return them once they're done. Each leg is charged separately — £4 for the round trip.

For the love of dogs

Homeless dogs groom free

We offer free dog grooming for homeless dogs — including pick up and drop-offs. Just mention "Homeless" when booking.
