How it works

Not a toothbrush

The emmi®-pet is a 100% ultrasound toothbrush. It doesn't work like a conventional or electric brush, which clean by mechanical friction — it uses patented ultrasound technology instead.

That's why most dogs sit happily through it: there's nothing for them to feel or hear.

Regular cleaning

As part of your groom

Most dogs are good at chewing, which helps keep tartar down. Brushing during a grooming visit takes around 15–20 minutes and keeps on top of their oral hygiene. Charged at £10 on top of your normal grooming price.

Intensive cleaning

A series of 4 to 5 treatments

£70

Some dogs need an intensive programme to shift accumulated tartar — a series of 4 to 5 treatments for £70, carried out over a short period. We spend about 30 minutes brushing each session, which usually delivers good results and fresher breath. Further treatments are available if needed.

Please note: if your dog's teeth are significantly scaled, we'd recommend you see a vet first for a dental descale, then keep them that way with a regular programme of ultrasound cleaning.
